Information Clause

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

The purposes of data processing include:

  • Executing purchase/sale processes

  • Collaborating with contractors

  • Conducting recruitment and employment processes

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

  • Article 6(1)(a) – the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of documenting the purchase of goods and issuing invoices. The data collected by the controller will include: company name, first and last name, company address or residence address, and VAT ID (NIP) number.

The recipients of your personal data will be authorized employees and entities based on legal regulations or data processing agreements.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the tasks being carried out.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries.

Information Clause (Video Surveillance)

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

The video surveillance covers the external areas of the facility and production halls.

All data recorded by the video surveillance cameras are stored on a data recorder and are accessible for 30 days. After this period, the data are automatically overwritten.

Only visual data (without sound) are subject to recording and storage.

Secured data from video surveillance are provided only to authorities conducting investigations related to the recorded event, such as the police, prosecution offices, or courts, which operate based on separate legal regulations.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
